Hardware

1. Check if the power of the tracking unit is on.
2. Check if the power supply cord is damaged or broken.
3. Check if the LED lights of the tracking unit are operative.
4. Check if the ethernet cables at the rear of the tracking unit are loose or damaged.
5. Check if the power signal of the Network switch is operating.
6. Check if the network signals of the Network switch are operating.
7. Check if the Ethernet cables are loose.
8. Check if the power cord of the network switch is loose or damaged.

1. Check if the laser switch is pressed down.
2. Check if the power is on.
3. Check if the power supply cord is loose or damaged.

1. Check if the power supply cord is attached .
2. Check if the power supply cord is 5V.
3. Check if the both sides of VGA signal cord are connected.
4. Check if the signal source is using a VGA port.

1. Connect the 2 Ethernet cables of tracking unit to the “Medium Priority Port” of the network switch.
2. Connect the Ethernet cable of computer to the “Low Priority Port” of the network switch.

1. Check if the foot switch control is connected to the USB port.
2. Connect the foot control to another USB port and check if the problem has been fixed.

Software

1. Check if there are any files which are not in “.dcm” format.
2. Check if there are any missing DICOM files.
3. Check if the DICOM format is correct.

1. Check if there is an error message.
2. Check if the IRIS software is running via the “Task manager”.

1. Remove any water stains on the optical components. Remove any objects blocking the handpiece reflective attachment, positioner or tracking unit.
2. Verify that the reflective stickers on the handpiece reflective attachment and positioner are not damaged.

1. Check if the DICOM/project is the right case.
2. Check if the probe is being correctly used.
3. Check if the asymmetric occlusal guide appliance for registration is being used.
4. Check if the occlusal guide appliance with the holding tray is firmly affixed to the teeth.
5. Check if the occlusal guide appliance with the holding tray is firmly affixed to the teeth.
6. Check if the ceramic markers are clearly shown in the CT images without any irregular shapes.

1. Check if the holder connection to teeth is stable.
2. Check if the joint of adjustable guide holder is locked firmly.
3. Check if the data of selected implant handpiece is correct.
4. Check if the use method of calibration is correct.
